Cardio Workout Plan For Weight Loss

First of all if you don't have a proper cardio workout plan for your weight loss goals it will not be easy to see decent results. Keep in mind that still a lot of people choose not to exercise and to eat very little. A good fitness programme consist of proper nutrition and to actually do exercises. However if you now that you are doing the right exercises it will be actually fun (but still exhausting) to do them.

The best cardio workout plan for weight loss is 30 to 60 minutes of continuous activity per session. Do not believe the people who are claiming that you can get away with fifteen minutes of cardio per session, the fat burning effect of cardio performs after at least twenty mintues or more.


Sure if you are genetically gifted you can get away with little or no cardio. If you have such a body type you can put together a workout plan that exist of three sessions per week and not more then twenty minutes. But however if you are not gifted with good genetics and if you actually doing your cardio workouts and nothing is happen then you need to increase your duration and/or frequency until the fat melts away.
